We just had our gates installed by Mike and his electrician Arlindo We are thrilled with the result, great quality and the exact look We were going for.  We are just as happy with the great customer service! Grandview Gates recently installed a simple, yet elegant wrought iron handrail bordering the 10 steps leading up to our Barrie residence’s main entry door. Surprising, we have done without a railing of any sorts in this location for more than 16 years!  We are now in our 70’s, so the current reasoning and need for a railing is more than obvious! Grandview’s name was referenced to us by a local glass replacement contractor who had performed some work for us a week or so previous. Michael immediately responded to our railing inquiry, answering all of our many questions, and quickly provided us with a more than fair estimate. From original sit down until work completion, the total duration was less than 2 weeks!  That’s hard to beat!  The final product displays attention to detail, with first class workmanship and powder coat finish. Enclosed are a three photos we took this past Tuesday evening (10:00 p.m. thereabouts), following a heavy downpour!  The overall visual effect, with the house lighting on, looks good. My husband and I just completed building our home in the Sugarbush.  This was a very difficult build which took nearly 5 years to complete.  The last thing required in order to receive our occupancy through the municipality was stair railings.  We had looked at a number of “cookie cutter” options, but the stairs were curved and we felt that custom made railings would be more appealing.   Mike was meticulous and conscientious.  Due to fact that the stairs and walkways were natural stone, he made several visits to our home to measure and remeasure to ensure it was just right.  Beautiful job!!!  After such a long difficult build with many obstacles we are grateful to Mike for finish this project off like a pro. Mike of Grandview Gates did an amazing job on my curved handrail.  He custom made a beautiful simple and understated handrail for my front steps. Gave me lots of options as he is an artist but I wanted simple simple simple and that’s what he gave me!  He even added some cute hooks for me to hang planters on. It definitely added to the curb appeal of my house and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. We got referred to Mike from Grandview Gates by our landscaper. My wife and I met up with Mike and we were very pleased with him. He guided us through the design for our railing project. I would like to thank Mike for taking me as a customer.  Last year I did a large patio in my back yard and added a beautiful set of stairs coming out of my house. We knew then we would have to have custom handrails made, but what we didn’t know, was who to trust. I got tired of surfing the net and asked a co-worker if he knew a pro who could assist me. The only person for the Job is Mike, owner of Grandview Gates.  I called Mike and was blown away with his suggestions. He dropped by to see my property and take measurements. I was so impressed!  This guy is busy and my job wouldn’t make or break him. Little did he know, without quoting the job, it was a done deal.
